al tonno pasta


fairly easy to cook and great not just for the lenten season but the whole year round as it is healthy and satisfying. =)

Ingredients:

1 kilo spaghetti
3 cans century tuna chunks in oil
sliced ripe tomatoes
onions
mushrooms
garlic
parmesan cheese
olive oil
oregano
salt and pepper


Directions:
1. cook pasta as directed.
2. saute garlic and onions in olive oil. add tomatoes then tuna, salt and pepper.
3. add in mushrooms and some grated cheese.
4. mix it with the pasta.
5. add cheese and oregano upon serving.
